FEES
Fees are paid termly three times a year. 
Invoices are sent out prior to the beginning of each term.
Payment may be by cheque made payable to Brighton & Hove Dance Academy, 
or paid directly into the account online. Details can be found on your invoice.

Cash must be in a sealed envelope with the name of the student on. 
If change is due it will be given in an envelope at the next class.
Fees must be received by the beginning of the first week of term to guarantee a place in the class. 
A £10 late payment fee applies to fees paid later than the first day of each term, increasing to £20 from the eighth day that fees are overdue.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

  • A registration form should be completed for each pupil wishing to join after an initial trial class.
  • Written notice is required upon leaving, including when dropping from two classes to one class, to be received six weeks before the last day of term as printed in the timetable. In lieu of the correct notice half a term’s fees are due.This is irrespective of timetable changes which will be announced before the end of the current school term.
  • Fees should be received before the start of term. Fees can not be refunded unless a class has to be cancelled by us, but classes can be made up at an alternative time within the same school term providing there is a suitable alternative class.
  • The invoice will be made out to the parent or guardian who signs the registration form. They are responsible for passing it to the bill payer, if different, and for ensuring that it is paid on time, or for the late payment fee if not.
  • Correct uniform should be worn for class with long hair tied back off the face, from Grade 1 in a bun.
