14.30 - 15.30    Silver Swans Ballet for over 55s Improvers

15.30 - 16.30    Silver Swans Ballet Beginners

 

 

 

FEES
Invoices are sent out prior to the beginning of each term, three times a year.
Payment may be made by BACS transfer directly into the account online. Details can be found on your invoice.
Cash must be in a sealed envelope marked with your name.
If change is due it will be given in an envelope at the next class.
Fees must be received by the beginning of the first week of term to guarantee a place in the class. 
A £10 late payment fee applies to fees paid later than the first day of each term, increasing to £20 from the eighth day that fees are overdue.

If you choose to pay on a drop-in basis please bring cash to pay on the day or ask for a copy of the bank details; payment must be made on the day of the class you attend.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

  • A registration form should be completed for each student wishing to join a class.
  • Written notice is required upon leaving to be received four weeks before the last day of term as printed in the timetable. In lieu of the correct notice, half a term’s fees are due.This is irrespective of timetable changes which will be announced before the end of the current school term.
  • Fees should be received before the start of term. Fees can not be refunded unless a class has to be cancelled by us, but classes can be made up at an alternative time within the same school term providing there is a suitable alternative class.
